With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, I can help you understand, navigate, and comply with the complex and ever-changing programs and regulations. In my previous role as a practice management consultant, I worked closely with physician offices to ensure profitability while optimizing workflows and improving patient care. As a practice facilitator and quality improvement coach, I helped an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and its members improve quality measure scores and increase efficiencies in both independent physician offices and hospital-owned medical groups.
My experience studying Anthropology at the College of Wooster, living in Chile as a Rotary Youth Exchange student, and working as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in South Korea all helped me to understand and work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and interests. Each client and situation is unique. My goal is to combine our knowledge, skills, and expertise in the pursuit of collaborative goals, so that together we can achieve the best possible outcomes for your patients and organization.
